Identification

If You want to send in a sample of decayed wood or a fungus or a wood insect for identification, please download the requisition (PDF-format) - print and fill in the requisition and send the form together with the sample to the address below. The sample must be safely packed in a bubble envelope or a cardboard box. Please do not use plastic bags, but rather dry the sample before sending.
